What We Look For

• Clear Problem Definition — What pain are you solving? For whom? Why now?
• Product Vision — What does the MVP look like? What's the 10x version?
• Market Understanding — Who are the competitors? What's your wedge?
• Why You — What unique insight or experience do you bring?

What to Include in Your Pitch

• One-Liner — The logline. What is it?
• Problem Statement — 2-3 paragraphs on the pain point
• Proposed Solution — Your product concept in detail
• Target User — Who specifically is this for?
• Competitive Landscape — What exists today? Why isn't it enough?
• Your Background — Brief bio and why this problem matters to you
• Anything Else — Prototypes, mockups, research, prior art — whatever you have

The Deal

• Ideation Fee — Paid upon greenlight (amount varies by scope)
• Royalties — Ongoing percentage of product revenue
• Credit — You're the creator. That's recognized.
• No Operational Burden — We handle building, funding, and scaling
